Whole Beef-$7.50/lb
The best value for extended families, or families who like to serve only the best for their guests.  Provides 400-500 lbs of meat cut to your specifications.  Cost is around $3300

1/2 Beef-$8.00/lb
Have a large family?  A 1/2 beef will keep your freezer stocked for a year.  Expect at least 200 lbs of your favorite cuts costing about $1600 depending on weight.  The butcher will cut the meat to your specifications.  
 
1/4 Beef-$8.50/lb
This popular choice among small families provides about 100-120lbs of steaks, ground beef, and roasts costing about $900 depending on weight.  The butcher will cut the meat to your specifications. 
The pricing is simple:

  • A pound is a pound:  The price you pay is for the actual weight of meat we give you, just like the grocery store.  Pricing by "hanging weight" is available upon request.

  • Fees: 
    • Butchering and delivery costs are included. 
    • Free delivery extends to Catt., Chautauqua, and Erie counties.​​
​
  • Deposits:  A deposit of $100 is required to secure your order.  The deposit counts toward the total cost.​

  • Cash on Delivery:  Full payment is due when the meat is delivered.  Cash and personal check are accepted.
