Step 2: When you hear from us, send in a deposit. 

Prior to butcher day you will get an email or mailing inviting you to send in a deposit.

Step 3:  Answer the doorbell.

We will deliver your beef to your door anywhere in Erie, Cattaraugus, or Chautauqua counties.
